East & West operates this website from Shop 51B, Signet Terrace Centre, corner Guinea Fowl and Gemsbok Streets, Lenasia, Johannesburg, Gauteng, 1827. Please direct privacy questions to info@eastnwest.co.za or call 072 111 8920.

Browsing and contacting us

When you contact us by email, telephone or WhatsApp, we receive the information you provide, such as your name, contact details, fragrance preferences and the contents of your enquiry. We use this to respond, check availability and assist with your request. Providing these details is voluntary; without enough contact or enquiry information we may be unable to help.

Our hosting and website services may process technical information such as your IP address, browser information, session identifiers and security logs to deliver and protect the site.

Online shopping

Online ordering, payment and courier checkout are still being prepared. Please contact the shop for current availability. Do not send card numbers, PINs, passwords or verification codes by email or WhatsApp. This notice will be updated when online ordering is enabled.

The website uses WordPress and WooCommerce and is hosted by Hostinger. Website and email providers process information needed to operate those services. When you follow our WhatsApp, Facebook or Google Maps links, those providers handle information under their own privacy policies. Their services may process information outside South Africa.
